Spa Manicure and Pedicure

Spa Manicure and Pedicure, Montreal Manicure

Spa manicure and pedicure treatments are cosmetic nail services designed to improve the appearance of nails, hands and feet. This process typically includes trimming, shaping and polishing nails while applying moisturizers and treatments as part of its regimen.

Many people visit their corner nail bar regularly for manicures to nourish cuticles and shape nails. A spa mani-pedi elevates this experience, taking your pampering experience one step further.

Basic Manicure

At this service, your nails will be trimmed and shaped before being painted in any color of your choosing – or opting for the French manicure (where light pink or beige polish is applied to the base of each nail with only its tips painted white).

Your nails will then be gently massaged. This step helps improve blood circulation to your fingers and hands, helping prevent brittle nails. For an additional experience, a paraffin pedicure may also be offered, with warm paraffin wax softening the skin before being massaged away with lotion afterwards.

Spas are known to offer various specialty pedicures, from hot stone pedicures to foot and leg mask treatments. Some spas also provide “file and polish” services – basically basic manicures without hand massage – for people with limited time for manicures but want an inexpensive option. This could be ideal if they only want something quick instead of spending extra money for full service pedicures.

Spa Manicure

Spa manicures are popular treatments in hotels and spas alike. While the basic procedure involves filing down nails to a uniform shape, high-quality products including lotions, vitamins, and oils offer additional health benefits that help soften dry skin while simultaneously strengthening nails.

Basic pedicure services also include foot soak, dead skin removal and massage services, cuticle push back, nail buffing for smooth nails and final step is applying nail polish.

Some spas offer more extensive pedicures that incorporate treatments like salt scrubs, masks, and paraffin waxes for optimal results. These techniques may help increase blood flow to sore muscles while flushing away toxins; however, long-term effects are dependent upon proper maintenance at home; additionally they may leave behind messy nails or stained feet as a result of being messy; experts advise avoiding unnecessary extras altogether.

Shellac Manicure

Shellac remains an elegant solution that remains popular, never going out of style. A cross between polish and gel, its long-wearing durability and high gloss finish provides weeks of wearability.

After cleansing and pushing back cuticles, a base coat is applied to prime the nail plate for application of color. Two thin layers of color are then painted onto each nail and cured using an LED lamp; finally a top coat seals in its color while adding shine and protection.

Shellac dries faster than regular nail polish, giving you flawless nails that won’t chip for weeks after leaving our salon. We offer trendy and classic colors to fit your style perfectly – plus, our experienced nail technicians specialize in applying Shellac to achieve flawless manicures!

Spa Pedicure

Spa pedicures provide an ideal way to keep feet healthy. By adding extra pampering and special treatments, they provide healthy feet with beautiful features.

Basic pedicures usually consist of soaking your feet in water infused with bath salts or flowers, exfoliation, nail trimming and shaping, foot massage, polish application and polish application. In contrast, spa pedicures often add additional treatments that improve health and appearance such as warm foot and calf massages that relax tight muscles, boost circulation and help prevent calluses and dry skin formation.

Other treatments might include an extended massage with luxury brand foot lotions, hot towel wraps, hydrating paraffin wax dips or other special foot treatments to provide smooth skin on legs and feet, polished, healthy looking nails ready to show off with open toe shoes.
